The Graphic design service for custom product boxes is priced at a flat rate of $7,500 JMD. This fee includes: one design concept, a maximum of three revisions, one realistic box mock-up, and the final artwork as a High res PDF or JPG file. Source files are NOT given or sold to clients.
Clients are permitted to provide their own designs. It is important to note that a one-time layout fee of $1,500 JMD is applicable for each design submitted. A discount is offered for multiple design submissions.
Clients are required to ensure that their artwork adheres to the dimensions of their box. Each side of the box MUST be submitted as separate image files (PNG, JPG or flattened PDF). Source files such as Ai, PSD, Publisher, etc., will NOT be accepted UNLESS editing was requested prior to the submission of the files. Canva files are NOT accepted for editing.
To initiate the process, measure and share the dimensions of your product. Ensure that all measurements are provided in inches (Length x width x Height for rectangular products or length x diameter for cylindrical products - Since the form below request 3 dimensions, you may enter the diameter twice as length and width).
The dimensions of your box will also be used to calculate the price for each box, which includes printing, cutting, and assembly. The product boxes are primarily designed with tuck-ends, making them convenient for transportation, storage, and assembly.
The typical turnaround time for custom boxes can be anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. Nevertheless, the completion timeline may differ based on the quantity of your order, the volume of prior orders, and the duration it takes for clients to provide feedback or approval of mock-ups/designs.
Clients are strongly advised to submit an order request only when they are fully prepared and organized. If clients choose a short deadline without having all the necessary information and files to initiate their orders, the order will be placed on hold, and the selected delivery date will no longer be valid.
NOTE: Printing will NOT commence until after the clients’ approval.
